Description
It is in ready to ride condition.
The engine was removed from the frame split and inspected.
The cases were vapour blasted as well as the head and cylinders.
The bottom end was re assembled and fitted with new seals and gaskets.
The top end was rebored and fitted with new piston and rings and gudgeons.
The head was fitted with new valves and guides.
New timing chain,gaskets and seals etc fitted.
All new exterior case screws fitted.
New alternator cover and the other covers repolished.
The carbs were cleaned and retuned.
Electronic ignition fitted.
New oil,filter and plugs.
There is a 4/1 pipe fitted.
The following work was carried out.
Tyres and tubes and new spokes fitted front and rear.
The forks were rebuilt with new seals and dust boots and the lower legs repolished.
The upper triple tree was repainted and new handle bar clamp bolts fitted. Tapered head stem bearings were installed.
There were new control cables fitted throughout.
New indicators all round and new front stems fitted.
New headlight bucket and trim ring and h4 headlight installed.
New switch blocks LH and Rh fitted up.
New mirrors and grips.
The braking system has been gone through,
New master cylinder,top hose and pads and shoes front and back.
New wheel bearings.
There is a new complete seat fitted.
New rear shocks and bolts.
New badges and fuel cap and tap and lines fitted.
New airbox and lid and filter.
There is a new dry cell battery fitted,all the electrics are working.
New chain and near new sprockets.
A lot of the bolts were rezinc plated through out.
New chrome headlight ears fitted,
New LH and Rh side covers.
The body work was repainted to a high standard in 2 pac paint.
