Description
This bike started out a s z1 classic fuel injected model and has been converted to carbs.
It has done a low 28k miles since new.
We pulled it down to a frame and gave it a makeover.
The metal parts were repainted in 2 pac stain paint.
The engine was repinted in 2 pac paint.
The wheels were repainted and fitted up with new tyres and tubes.
Tapered steering head bearings were installed.
The engine was serviced with new oil and filters and spark plugs.
The carbs were cleaned and retuned.
A new airbox and filter fitted.
The motor is in very good running condition,Starts easy,idles nicely.
There is no smoke or oil leaks or fuel leaks.
New chain and sprockets fitted.
New rear grab rail.
New complete cafe style seat.
Various nuts and bolts rezinced.
New front and rear foot pegs.
Rear brake pedal rechromed.
New throttle cables.
New fuel tap.
New front bake master cylinder.
New coils and leads and caps fitted.
New h4 headlight and chrome headlight ring.
New dry cell battery fitted,
New 4/1 ceramic coated exhaust fitted.
We fitted a new rear ductail and had the bodywork repainted in 2 pac paint.
