Description
This is a very clean example of a 1976 Kawasaki Z900.
It is in ready to ride condition.
ENGINE-
The engine starts and runs very nicely & has been fully serviced.
There are no oil leaks.
The valve clearances have been set.
New oil and filter and spark plugs installed.
New coils. leads and caps have been fitted.
New airfilter was fitted.
All new exterior engine case screws were fitted.
A New alternator cover and the outer covers have been repolished.
The carburettors have been cleaned and retuned.
We have fitted a new electronic ignition and a new points cover.
EXHAUST-
There is a new stainless 4/1 exhaust pipe fitted.
WHEELS & TYRES-
New Tyres with new tubes and new spokes have been fitted front and rear.
The front and rear hubs were vapour blasted while the wheels were apart.
FRAME & BODY-
The forks were rebuilt with new seals and dust boots and the lower legs have been chromed.
The upper and lower triple tree was repainted and new handle bar clamp bolts were fitted.
New handlebars, mirrors and grips have been fitted.
A new speedo and tachometer were fitted.
Tapered head stem bearings were installed.
New rear chainguard fitted.
There is a new complete seat fitted.
New rear shocks and bolts fitted.
The body work was repainted to a high standard in 2pac paint.
New LH and RH side covers were fitted.
New badges, fuel cap, fuel tap and lines were fitted.
New chain and sprockets.
A new rear grab rail was fitted.
A lot of the bolts were rezinc plated through out the bike.
ELECTRICS-
The headlight brackets have been rechromed.
There are new control cables fitted throughout.
New indicators all round and new stems fitted.
New headlight bucket and trim ring and H4 headlight installed.
New switch blocks LH and RH have been fitted up.
There is a new dry cell battery fitted & all the electrics are working nicely.
BRAKES-
The braking system has been thorughly gone through.
A new master cylinder was installed along with new hoses, pads and shoes front and back.
The front brake calliper was rebuilt with new piston and seals fitted.
The calliper was bead blasted and repainted.
Comes with Australian Import Approval documents for registration purposes.
