What a magnificent example of the legendary CBX1000.
This cbx was taken down to the frame and rebuilt up from there.
All the painted metal parts were media blasted and repainted in 2 pac paint.
All the zinced bolts were re zinced ,
The chrome work was rechromed.
The engine has had a top end rebuild,The cylinders were bored and fitted up with new piston and rings,timing chain etc.
The bottom was checked and found to be in excellent condition.
The carbs were rebuilt.
Engine wise it is in excellent running condition.
The bodywork was repainted to a high standard in 2 pac paint.
The front forks were rebuilt with new fork tubes,seals etc.
There are new tyres and tubes and rim tapes fitted.
A new front brake master cylinder was fitted as well as new brake lines ,The callipers rebuilt with new pads.
The rear braking system was rebuilt as well.
There is a kerker exhaust fitted,if you own a cbx you need it to sound like a cbx I believe.
New indicators and stems fitted front and back.
New chain and sprockets.
New rear shocks.
New dry cell battery.
There is lots more work done to the bike.
