Description
This Z9 has undergone an extensive restoration.
It has had a back to frame restoration carried out by our team of dedicated mechainics.
As much original parts were used as possible within reason.
All the painted metal parts have been done in 2 pac paint.
The bolts washers,springs etc have been rezinced.
The engine was pulled down and the cases vapour blasted,
The top end was rebored and fitted with new piston and rings and timing chain.
The Valves lapped in and fitted with new valve stem seals.
New gaskets fitted through out.
The outer engine cases repolished,New outer case screws.
The carbs were stripped,vapour blasted.cleaned and retuned.
New carby to airbox rubbers and carby and new inlet manifold rubbers fitted.
H4 headlight fitted for better lighting.
New indicators and stems and mounting rubbers.
The front and back wheel hubs were vapour blasted and fitted with
New rims and spokes and tyres and tubes.
The front forks were rebuilt with new seals and dust covers.
Tapered headstem bearings fitted.
The lower legs were vapour blasted and the outer section polished
There is new chain and sprockets fitted.
New front and rechromed rear guard.
New switch blocks,new throttle cables,tach cable and clutch cable.
The gauges have been repainted and fitted with new facias.
New rear shocks fitted.
The body work was repainted in 2 pac to a high standard and fitted with new badges,
New complete seat fitted.
New brake hoses top to bottom.
New brake mastercylinder.
New brake pads.
New repro exhaust system.
New dry cell battery.
New complete seat.
