Description
This zed has gone through a thorough restoration.
It has been pulled down to a bare frame and built up from there.
This may not suit the purists as we have done some mods on it, in our opinion to make it more appealing.
The engine was pulled down and gone through.
The bike has been sitting for a few years and had some marks in the bores so we got it rebored and fitted it up with new piston.rings and gudgeons.
New complete reproduction exhaust.
New timing chain.valves lapped in and new valve stem seals fitted.
The engine cases etc were vapour blasted and reassembled.
All the outside engine cases were polished
and fitted with new case screws ,
The carbs were cleaned and refitted and tuned.
The frame and the metal parts have been repainted in 2 Pac.
The bolts etc were rezinced.
The wheels were repainted and the edges polished.
New tyres fitted front and back.
The front forks were rebuilt and fitted with new fork legs.seals and dust wipes.
The front brakes were blasted and painted and fitted with new brake pads and new brake lines fitted.
New brake master cylinder.
New rear shocks.
New complete seat.
The front and back guards were re chromed.
New dry cell battery.
The body work was repainted 2 Pac paint to a high standard.
New indicators and stems.
New Fuel tap and fuel cap.
New side cover badges and tank badges.
New throttle cables and clutch cable.
