Description
The bike runs and rides super nicely.
The bike has undergone a nut bolt restoration.
The bike was torn down to a bare frame and built up from there by our dedicated team of restorers.
we used as much of the original parts within reason.
The frame and all associated metal parts were media blasted and repainted in 2 pac paint,
There was no powder coating used anywhere on the bike,
The engine was stripped down,cases and cylinder and head etc repainted in 2 pac paint.
The outer alloy cases were repolished.
The bottom end was inspected and was found to be in vgc,new seals and gaskets were fitted,
The engine top end was recod with a rebore,new piston and rings and gudgeon pins,
A new timing chain fitted ,valves recut,new valve stem seals fitted.
The carbs were stripped and the bodys vapour blasted and the parts re zinc coated.
New intake boots and manifolds fitted.
New cables fitted throughout.
New airbox.
New correct rear shocks.
New dry cell battery,all the electrics have been checked and are working and it is charging correctly.
The original switch blocks were restored.
New bars fitted.Grips.
There is a new repro correct exhaust fitted.
There is a new chain and sprocket set fitted.
New pads and brake shoes fitted.New brake lines top to bottom.
The wheels were rebuilt with new DID rims,rim tapes and tubes and tyres front and back.
The hubs were vapour blasted on the rear and media blasted and 2 pac painted on the front hub.New spokes fitted.
The forks were rebuilt using new tubes and seals,dust wipes and oil.
The lower legs were repolished.
Tapered head stem bearings were fitted,
New complete seat fitted.
The bodywork was repainted to a high quality in 2 pac paint.
Fitted with new badges and fuel cap.
The nuts and bolts and chrome parts through out were rechromed or rezinced.
